DELIVERY POLICY
Aqua Safe uses a range of delivery options depending upon the destination and size of goods to be delivered. All are however aimed at getting the goods to you as quickly as possible no matter your location in Australia. We generally use Australia Post for the majority of our deliveries. This means over 90% of our customers are able to receive their goods within 2-5 business days from order processing. Please call our customer service team if you wish to know more accurate delivery times to your location or if you wish to track the progress of your delivery. Orders are processed and goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt and payment Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, with most being shipped the same day. Delivery time frames may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, however we will endeavour to contact you and advise of any changes to the delivery schedule.
