10 Year Warranty
Aqua Safe International warrants all residential water filtration systems to the original purchaser for a period of ten (10) years starting from the date of purchase provided the warranty is registered with Aqua Safe customer care. This warranty covers defects in materials, components and workmanship and includes pressure limiting valves, connection fittings and isolation valves. Excluded are filter cartridges, inline filters, membranes, UV lamps, quartz lens and UV ballast.
30 day "No Questions Asked" Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on all new standard* residential water filtration systems. If at any time during the first 30 days (starting from the date you receive the item) you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or performance of your filtration system, simply re-package the unit and send it back to us in "good condition" (used or unused) with a copy of the tax invoice and we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding any installation costs). Non-stock items or special order items are also excluded along with low cost ASBTRO4 units.

Free Delivery / 24 Hour Shipping
Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours of payment - with most being shipped the same day. Our streamline system receives and processes the order then sends it straight to our warehouse for packing and shipping. Automatic courier pickups from our dock daily ensure efficient and fast delivery. If for some rare occasion there is a delay we will notify you of the expected time of arrival and reason and then keep you updated until your order arrives. Aqua Safe is proud to provide free delivery to anywhere in Australia (excluding Bulky Goods to remote locations) for orders over $75.00.

If for some reason your parcel arrives damaged, broken or missing pieces simply call us and we will arrange to have it returned and a new one on its way to you in no time.

At Aqua Safe we provide the highest quality at the lowest price. If you happen to find a cheaper price on an identical stocked item or service, show us and we will refund the difference. This guarantee excludes distributor, wholesale and contract pricing or package deals, stock liquidations and commercial quantities. Cartridge Reminder Service
We have a free cartridge reminder service so that you don’t need too or worry about when your filter is due. If you choose to be part of our free reminder service we will contact you prior to your due date and arrange the filters to be sent to you, or we can even come change them for you. It’s easy, free and up to you. We simply set how often, what type of system and where you live and the reminder service does the rest. Simple, Convenient and Free.
