Shipments and Returns of Damaged/Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Orders within Australia
Ordered goods are normally dispatched within 24 business hours after receipt of order and/or payment via Couriers Please or Fastway. Shipments can also be dispatched via Australia Post if specifically requested.
Most goods should be delivered within 1-2 days of dispatch with regional areas being delivered within 7 days of dispatch or approximately 8-10 days from order. Please contact us if your goods have not turned up within this time frame.
A signature is normally required when the goods are delivered however they can be left at the front door of the premises if no one is available upon request.
There is no additional cost for any of these shipping methods and all goods can be tracked online.
Goods are dispatched at our risk unless we advise you otherwise at time of order or dispatch. Please advise us within 2 business days of arrival if the goods are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Once advised we will dispatch the required items and arrange for return at our cost of the damaged, faulty or incorrect goods.
We accept international orders however payment can only be made via a direct deposit transaction. Credit cards and Paypal are restricted for international orders.
