Micron Rating and Contaminant Removal:
The output water is filtered to 1 micron, reducing or removing: bacteria, chlorine, chloramines, THM’s, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, VOC’s, sediment, rust, suspended particles, giardia, cryptosporidium, taste and odours, and other chemicals.
Flow Rate and Capacity:
The standard 10” x 2”cartridge, and 10” x 2.5” polyphosphate cartridge produces 1.9 litres per minute and has a capacity of 5680 litres, or 12 month life from initial contact with water.
